A moose about to head into the woods gives me a glance while I stare down the barrel of my lens capturing this quick exchange as snow started to slowly fall. This moose was protecting other moose that aren’t featured in this photograph as they had already made their way into the woods. This moment was fleeting but I’m glad I got to hang for a little with the moose as they’re so illusive and scare easily.
