A lone pine standing in front of a “family” of pine trees over the wavy snow that filled the landscape. Nice mid-tones made the scene easy to capture as this color picture looks Black and White. The snow was a unique form I had never seen, so soft, flat, unbothered, but also thick and wavy. The wind is incredibly strong in Wyoming and gives for this unique texture that adds a simplistic twist to a rather busy landscape in the summer with all the different rocks, grasses, and plants.
